It's just in-between two nice areas with many restaurants and shops, just too far to walk to Klong Nin to the South and Long beach to the North, so occasionally you will need wheels to get out of the resort.
The rooms are basic and could do with some renovations but have everything you need, except wifi is only available in public places like the reception and the breakfast is also very basic.
